The Journeymen touring exhibition is on the final leg of its North East tour, opening at Northern Stage (Gillian Anderson Gallery next to stage 3) on Monday 13 January 2020.
The exhibition, which showcases selected works from the touring exhibition, is open until Saturday 22 February 2020.

HIRST PAVILION
SATURDAY 21 SEPTEMBER
12-2pm Join local community group, The Heart of Hirst, and artist Elaine Porter for a fun family friendly print making workshop.
2-4pm Try your hand at Photography – suitable for all levels of ability.
Artist Phyllis Christopher and the Men Behind the Lens group will provide pointers, top-tips and advice on getting professional results. There’ll be the opportunity to take indoor portraiture and weather permitting, explore outdoor close ups. All welcome, including children and pets – just don’t forget your camera or mobile phone!
Koast Radio are also joining us, from 1-4pm, bringing music, banter and fun!
SUNDAY 22 SEPTEMBER
We’re running two workshops on Sunday afternoon at Hirst Pavilion, both taking place between 2-4pm.
Voice of the Creative badge making workshop (2-4pm).
Join Northumberland based illustrator Daniel Weatheritt to make simple badges inspired by your favourite things. All materials will be provided. Just turn up and get creative.
This workshop is brought to you in partnership with Action for Children. Voice of the Creative celebrates children’s curiosity and creativity and is supported by Arts Council England, Northumberland County Council and bait, Museums Northumberland.
DIY graffiti workshop (2-4pm).
Renowned Ashington Graffiti artist Jamie Evans will be running DIY graffiti workshops for young people and families.
